When I encounter the issue and then hit Bug Report, it says it's generating the report and then the dialogue box goes away and nothing happens. Vysor Bug Report Link: As seen in the video above, generating the bug report after I experience the issue doesn't do anything. You can see Vysor recognizes the phone but after it fails to install the new APK, it says the device is offline and when I check my phone, Vysor has been uninstalled.ĭesktop (please complete the following information):Īndroid (please complete the following information): I recorded a video of the process from my pc when I try to view the device. Vysor used to work flawlessly, however, now I'm stuck in this infinite loop where I install the app on my phone, try and view the device on my pc, the pc uninstalls the app from my phone and never installs a new version, and then the connection to my device dies because there's no Vysor app. When I check my Android device, the Vysor app is uninstalled and I have to reinstall from the Play store before I can repeat the process.

The Vysor window says it's uninstalling the old APK, and then says it's reinstalling the new APK, however, after a moment this goes away and I get the default connection error that it can't find a connected device. No matter how times I try, I keep getting the same issue despite the Vysor pc app and Vysor Android app being the latest version. I have successfully used Vysor for years, and over a year with this PC and phone combination, and a week ago was the first time I experienced this issue.

When I check my phone, the Vysor app has been uninstalled and I have to redownload it from the Play store. When I try to view my device on Vysor, the window opens and it says uninstalling apk, reinstalling new apk, but then the process fails and I receive the standard 'device is offline' message. I am using Vysor Pro 4.3.12 and have the latest version of Vysor installed from the Play Store.
